Château Farhner Bed & Breakfast custom built, architect-designed 2010 home on three acres close to charming Duvall was operated as a traditional Bed and Breakfast for three years, with many repeat guests who enjoyed the close proximity to friends, family and events in town. We offered three comfortable guest rooms with queen beds and dedicated bathrooms, and a small guest dining area. A Guest Lounge allowed guests to enjoy a separate space to relax, work, or play.

This 2800sf 4 bedroom and 2 3/4 bath house was built with high quality materials and excellent craftsmanship. It offers elegant, European charm inspired by our time in France’s Alsace region. Featuring real stone masonry, custom interior trim made from alder trees harvested on the house site, and beautifully handcrafted maple stairwell, also locally sourced. 

This house features slab on grade construction and artfully-finished concrete floors with hydronic radiant heat powered by a geothermal heat pump for superb comfort. You can also heat with two Rumsford fireplaces burning wood or gas. The house is on pure, clean well water. A built-in vacuum system simplifies cleaning.

This B&B includes a spacious owner’s suite at the end of the upper level consisting of a large bedroom with a view and ensuite bath with a deep, partially recessed round soaking tub. The house also includes an additional 900sf unfinished bonus room over the garage as a blank slate for your imagination. We’ve hosted over 60 people there for various events.

Outside, guests will enjoy plenty of parking on site, an artful cobblestone courtyard with delightful fountain, stream bed and two seating nooks, a fire pit in a grassy field, an abundance of restored native plants, wildlife, and the neighboring sheep farm. There is a small estate vineyard that produces 30-50 bottles/year of a red blend. A covered back patio offers wide views of the natural wetland and wildlife behind the house; the property includes some protected wetland areas.

This secluded, woodsy setting for a quiet getaway is only 2 miles from town, just outside Duvall city limits. The area is highly sought after because of its proximity to the Remlinger Farms concert venue, Snoqualmie Trail, Woodinville Wineries, rural wedding venues, the nearby summer Renaissance Faire, and more. It is conveniently located 25 minutes to Redmond (and the new Light Rail system to Seattle and Sea-Tac airport), 40 minutes to Seattle, and 55 minutes to SeaTac airport. The lack of nearby hotels, and the BnB restrictions within city limits make this BnB a much needed service for the community.
