The expansive 12x35 covered front porch with large lifetime aluminum Bahama shutters leads to double glass front doors that open into a 900 sq.ft. large downstairs that consists of kitchen, dining and living space. The main floor also has a private bathroom, large laundry room and two huge pantries. The large gourmet kitchen has a 48" Thermador gas range, 70" Thermador sub zero refrigerator plus wine box, drawer microwave, two sinks and a dishwasher. The soaring 12 ft. coffered ceilings just highlight the beautiful cabinetry, white quartz island and high end finishes all opening to the living room and dining room. Every inch was designed by a local Designer with careful detail to all lighting, design and furnishings. Floor to ceiling windows and a large wood burning white marble fireplace in the living area is cozy on cold nights.The view into the dining room is a 14ft custom dining table with 12 chairs, ceiling to floor built-ins and a decorative craftsman staircase that leads to the upstairs master suites.

Out the back of the main living area is a 20x20 covered screened porch with brick harlequin patterned floor with an amazing oversized wood burning fireplace.

The backyard has a center grass and stone checkered courtyard that is shared by all quest. The main house has an oversized 2 car garage with workshop with large red barn doors facing the courtyard plus a separate road entrance for your vehicles. A greenhouse on the far side of the backyard is great for storing plants for the winter.

Three amazingly different and uniquely designed farmhouse cottages are surrounding the main house and has a separate parking lot with parking for each cottage. Each have a covered porch, kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. They range in size from 700-1000 sq.ft. but the soaring 12 ft. ceilings makes them open and spacious. Both the Main house and cottages have beautiful custom 6 inch wide plank dark hardwood floors.

Breathtaking sunsets and access to the lake is within a short walking distance. Fishing, boating and kayaking is allowed. Enjoy a quaint Town Center just a few streets over with activities and businesses include restaurants, nail and hair salons, pet groomers, wine and cigar bar to name a few and much more...
