Wallace Falls Lodge- A B&B INN  or Vacation rental, a perfect corporate guest house, or a wellness or therapy retreat facility.  Currently a profitable business set up as a vacation rental for up to 30 people groups.  Adding the current Owner/Operator rooms into the rental area and you can sleep 40 people in the  Full lodge, and your caretaker can have a RV on the site instead of living in the lodge building.  

Wallace Falls Lodge was custom built as a Guesthouse Log Cabin Lodge, with 12 bedrooms, 11 bedrooms with its own attached bathrooms, 12th room has acces to 1/2 bath.  Lodge has a full 12 bedroom septic system  onsite. Pivate well on site, makes for low utility bills.  

Its a beautiful Log Lodge perfectly set up for Short term rentals by friends and family groups, off siite work retreats and Weddings where the wedding party stays at the lodge for 2 to 5 days around the wedding.   We have been a B&B Inn from 1999 (opening) to 2011 then we became a Full Lodge group vacation rental and currently used as one.  The reason we quit being a BB Inn is because, our county has a resident owner requirement for B&Bs.  Kidney failure and transplant in one of the owners life make us need to be non resident owners.  But if the next owner wishes to be a B & B they can apply for the B&B permits once again.  
The Lodge is set on 10 private, secluded acres, with year round views of the Cascade mountains from the lodge and grounds with hiking trails from the end of our driveway that lead to the 260' waterfalls "Wallace Falls" and to the secluded Lake called "Wallace Lake". 
Enjoy the beauty of the Cascade Foothills.  There are many hikes nearby, miles of country roads for biike rides our favourite starts outside our rooms and ends in Index WA) also fish in the Skykomish and Wallace  Rivers. Hit the ski slopes at Stevens Pass, and multiple cross country trails in the winter.  Gold Bar is the gateway to lots of out door reccreation.  A  perfect place to reconnect w/ friends and families. 

The lodge is  only an hour from the Sea-Tac Airport and within half a day drive from out reaches of WA, Oregon and British Columbia. We are West of Stevens Pass, only 45 minutes from Everet, Redmond, Bellevue, etc.  Just 2 miles off Hwy 2.  

If you are first time hospatility owners, we will be there to support and advise.  Owner is also a Real Estate broker.  This lodge has been our main business for the past 20 years, now we hope to pass the baton on to another family that loves it as much as us.
