Guests are provided a family style continental breakfast each morning in the dining area.
The property includes a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, owner’s quarters (9 rooms total), manager’s quarters and a 2-story, 2 1/2 car garage. The owner (only the 2nd one in 55 years) is retiring after 40 years of ownership. This is a turn-key operation with all furniture, fixtures, etc. included in sale. The Lodge can be run efficiently with a minimum of staff.
