The BNB Home is a DelTec Kit, 20 sided and 2 stories offer 4200'ft.  Use of a well for landscape water, a large spring fed pond with Lilies and fish complete the lounging experience. The home is connected to city sewer/water.

As a DelTec Kit This home has an R factor of 30. 2 stories with private innkeeper/owners quarters in the upper level includes the open floor plan for kitchen/dining/living area and a 300' ft master bed/bath. BnB laundry and Kitchen is shared with the innkeeper/owner.

Lower level is a walk out to ground level with guest entrances. All guest rooms have a private entrance from the native flagstone courtyard. Over 600 flower bulbs are included in the 3 season color perennial gardens surrounding the BNB. Every view is greeted with color. Guests Enjoy a hammock ride under the shade trees and enjoy the fish, bullfrogs and water lilies of 30' pond.

RML is the only BnB in Moab that is offering organic food and welcomes the diet needs of GF, DF,  and vegan. We only use natural environmentally friendly Products in the rooms and landscape. Mother earth loves the natural alternatives. This Retreat model has been successful from the day we opened! Hoping for a Like minded buyer, who will maintain the Sanctuary feel.

Green space is 3 agricultural acres which are currently home to sheep, chickens and organic garden/greenhouse.
