Our venue is on 9+ acres with hundreds of mature trees, trails, gardens and mountain views.   

There are 5 main buildings on the property.  The first building includes our office, parlor and main house.  The house is approx.  4400 square feet and is a walk-our ranch with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 kitchens and 2 living areas.  The lower level can be used as a 3 bedroom, 2 bath rental  or as 3 additional B & B rooms. 

The 2nd and 3rd buildings house 7 unique fully furnished guest rooms all with a private entrance and private bath.  The rooms are all different and range from sleeping 2 to our family suits that sleep up to 6.  The B & B laundry room is also in building #3.

Building #4 is our rustic Reception Hall with barn doors, rock fireplace, built-in buffet and dance floor.  There is also a Brides dressing room and our commercial kitchen.  This building is where our B&B guests enjoy a full home cooked breakfast.  In the winter we host events in our Reception Hall such as Winter Weddings, Holiday Dinners, Corporate Events and a Valentines Dinner with dancing.  Our commercial kitchen is fully equipped and can be a full separate restaurant or allow you to cater your events.

Willow Glen Inn’s last building is a commercial theater with a full basement and barn doors that open up to an enormous patio that is lit with café lights.   You can host plays, concerts and bands but the best part is making the basement a scary dungeon for our Halloween “Haunted Woods” an event that we put on in October.  We have about 1,500 + locals from all over Southern Utah that love to come to our event and get scared.  It is so much fun!

This business fully furnished and is booked with lots of weddings and overnight guests.  All you need to bring is your enthusiasm and be ready to go.

We have been reviving Willow Glen Inn for the last 5 ½ years and it has been the most beautiful place we have ever lived.  Our reason for selling is that it is time for us to move closer to family and especially our Grandchildren that all live in the Mid-West.
