All of the very private bed and breakfast cottages at the Pomegranate House offer  private baths with whirlpool tubs, spa showers or hand-held showers, electric fireplaces, TV with DVD player, refrigerators, coffee makers and individual air/heat controls.  A full  breakfast is served each morning in the dining room, on the open porch overlooking the waterfall or delivered to your cottage. All bed and breakfast cottages are first floor with just a few steps to the porches.

This is a perfect property as the main house can be used solely for the owner or can have an additional apartment for rental income.   The main house consists of a large kitchen, dining room (used for breakfasts for guests), large private living room, large sunroom, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large laundry room.   There is also alot of storage space on the property.
