Sitting right in the center of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, this B&B has been a real asset to the area.  Within 5 miles of Wild Turkey and Four Roses Distillery, and 20 minutes to Woodford Reserve, Buffalo Trace and the new Castle & Key distilleries, you couldn't find a better location.  Over 100,000 people have visited the area in the past year and the numbers just keep growing.  We started this B&B as a retirement opportunity and a chance to meet people.  We have not worked it to its fullest potential, as it has really just been a hobby for us.

This homne was built in 1929 and opened as a B&B in late 2012.  The property is being sold turnkey (minus a few personal items) and with reservations on the book for the next 8 months.  Many of our Guests are repeats coming back for the Small Town feel that Lawrenceburg offers.

Three Guest Rooms - 2 King with ensuite bath - 1 Queen with private bath across the hall, along with a Snack Room make up the entire second floor of the House.  On the first floor, Common Space includes: Living Room, Dining Room, Den and Bath along with a Covered Front Porch.  Owners area on the first floor includes: Bedroom, Family room, Office, Sun Room, coovered Patio and a 2.5 car garage.  Also on the first floor is the Kitchen, Pantry and Laundry Room.  There is a full walk-out basement and plenty of off-street parking.
