The Inn has 13 guest rooms, including two suites. Additionally, the property includes a swimming pool, tennis court, croquet green and landscaped grounds. The Inn serves customers primarily from the Midwest, drawing on regional metropolitan areas such as Chicago, Indianapolis, Detroit and Grand Rapids, all located within a three hour drive of the Inn. The restaurant serves Inn guests and local clientele, for regular meals and special events.

The surrounding area is primarily Amish farmland. Over the past several years, many ideas have been presented for additional or completely new uses for the property including Assisted Living, Corporate Retreat, Health spa and other concepts.
