Three Roses Bed and Breakfast Pontiac Illinois

Three Roses Bed & Breakfast is located on RT116  and right off of Old Route 66 within easy walking distance of historic downtown Pontiac where free admittance is offered to all visitors to all of our museums.  We are listed in numerous Route 66 guides in several countries as well as in the United States.  Three Roses was featured in the Guardian Newspaper in the UK as a must stop on Route 66.  We  receive many reservations as well as drop in guests from other countries.  Pontiac has frequent car shows in town.  We receive guests looking for something special and they get it at Three Roses.  We prepare breakfast to order for our guests and offer them a spot in our garage for their vintage cars.  We have seen some real beauties!  We do not charge our guests extra for this great perk.  No other lodging facility offers free covered parking.  

We also own and are selling a two bedroom bungalow located just behind the B&B if you want to free up all your rooms for customers.  Please inquire about it when calling.  

We have 4 guest rooms on the second floor, 2 full baths and a half bath in one room.  Full baths are off the hallway.  Guest rooms have bathrobes for guest use.  We have a 3rd full bath on the first floor which can be used for guests in rear guest room or can be used by owner.  There is a bonus room on the first floor that can be used as a second dining room or could be used as owners quarters.  Our guests usually don't share bathrooms because current owner is unable to handle the heavy workload alone.  Currently we are not booking reservations back to back due to owner health. We have a couple reservations already into 2018.  

Three Roses is being sold as a turn key business and includes just about everything you need to start making money on day one.   All furnishings are included.  About the only thing you will need is your own computer.  We are leaving approximately 500 gorgeous recipe books for you to sell that current owner put together.  The book sells for $19.95.  We are also leaving 50+ custom mugs for you to sell valued at $15 each and up.  Website can easily be turned over to you at closing at no cost to you until it is due for renewal.  We will continue to take reservations for you but are limited in that if no one buys right away, current owner needs to be able to limit guests for health reasons.  We added a small patch of land behind the B&B for a garden.  Current owner never had time for gardening but it's waiting for you!
