This Victorian style home makes you feel as if you have gone back in time. Visitors at the Springhill Guesthouse enjoy privacy and comforts of home while taking a vacation to get away from it all. Each room is set up as a suite for the guests and includes a bedroom, private bath, kitchenette, and sitting area with t.v. The house has an inviting wrap around porch to sit and relax while watching the neighborhood families enjoy their afternoons. The interior of the house contains many of the original building features including hardwood floors, large pocket doors, gas light fixtures (converted to electric) and spacious rooms.

There are 3 rooms available to guests, the Bay Suite, Turret Suite, and Sun Suite. A 4th suite is available for owner occupancy with a full sized kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and den area. The 3rd floor of the house is a walk-in attic that is plenty of room for an extra office, storage, or owner sleeping area.

Springhill Guesthouse is located in the Historic North Hill District of Pensacola, Florida. The community is full of life and often offers neighborhood activities for the whole family such as movie nights in the park and holiday open house tours. The Guesthouse is just 15 minutes away from the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and 10 minutes away from the Naval Air Station.
