The main lodge includes: reception area, restaurant dining room (seats approx. 50 inside and over 30 on outside deck), bar area (full liquor license), restrooms, commercial style kitchen, living quarters and a garage with laundry room.  The living quarters are upstairs and include living room, three bedrooms, one bathroom and an office. 

There are 14 guest cabins on the property.  Of these ten are 1 bedroom/ 1 bath and approximately 450 square feet.  Four larger cabins are approximately 800 square feet. Two cabins are 2 bedroom/ 1 bath and the remaining two are 2 bedroom/ 2 bath.  Each cabin has a covered porch to sit and enjoy the serenity and beauty of the Mohawk Valley.  “On the Pond” is a one of a kind waterfront cabin situated close to a trout pond.
