This Bed and Breakfast is one of a kind. We cater strictly to our growing business community. That free's up our week-ends if we chose. However, there are many occasions that we are very busy on weekends and holidays. But your choice. We have an up to date computer, scanner, printer, fax and copier for our business people. We are wireless and can run up to 20 laptops at the same time . There is a desk on each floor for our business travelers. A high flow of repeats, that stay for two to three days; at a time per week.

 

 

We have living quarters in the basement with a kitchen and laundry room combo, a large family room with a large screen TV and all new furniture. There is also a 1/2 bath and a full handicap bath. A large bedroom. All redone this year. A boiler room that is large enough to make another small bed room.

1st Floor - has a large living room with fireplace, dining room, office, sunroom and a kitchen for guests.

 

 

2nd Floor - two queen size bed rooms, both with private baths, a huge master suite with king size bed and a sitting room. We now have 2 master suites with king size beds, that can be rented together with a shared bath or separately without a shared bath, nice for families of four. In spite of the gas prices we still did a 20% increase of our last years business. I contribute this to the 8 business that we deal with. We did a 50% occupancy last year. Due to Mrs. Price's Health, must sell.
