The eight guest rooms are divided between the main Inn building and a separate cottage building. In the main building are five rooms and four bathrooms. Two rooms share one bath. The cottage has three units, one with two bedrooms and an efficiency kitchen, that can accommodate larger parties and families. Each room is tastefully decorated to evoke a typical Maine resort setting.  The upstairs hallway in the main structure is lovely with beautiful woodwork and furniture. The entrance to both room areas allow guests to come and go in a private manner without disturbing other guests or the Innkeepers. 

The owner’s quarters are simply exceptional.  There are ten rooms, on two levels, including a wonderful family room with a large screened porch off of it and a beautiful fireplace. The master bedroom is very large and has a sitting area with fireplace. There are also three other bedrooms. Other rooms include a kitchen, living room, dining room, office, and a room which could be a bedroom or craft room. It is quite unusual for a B&B to have such spacious and well laid out owner’s quarters. The owner’s quarters also has a three level barn/garage with both the lower and mid-level able to house automobiles and lawn equipment. The upper level is currently used for storage, but would be ideal as a workshop or separate apartment. The overall layout is such that there is privacy for both guests and the owners, yet it is a B&B. Guests who stay here are close to some of the most beautiful shores in Maine.
