The Inn's History is fascinating! Ann Jordan was the daughter of Walter Jordan, an early settler of Sedona. In 1955, Ann and her husband began construction on the homestead which is now the Apple Orchard Inn. Ann found the original house plan in the 1955 edition of Home & Garden. Using only local materials, stone by stone, the house was painstakingly built over several years, while the young couple lived in a small shanty on the edge of the property. If you note, the Inn's address is 656 Jordan Road! The property, which was completely updated and expanded in 1996 by W. Pritchard, maintains it's original charm and warmth. Now approximately 5,200 square feet featuring seven guest rooms plus a spacious Owner's Quarters
