The Alpine House Inn and Spa is a 22-room European-style small hotel, located in the heart of Jackson Hole, two blocks from the famous Town Square. Built of century-old timbers, the original building was built in 1995, with a 15 room addition completed in 2001. Voted “Best Value” by Travel & Leisure magazine, we have been written up numerous times in SKI magazine, Outside magazine and Men’s Journal.

We have an excellent occupancy rate and a very high rate of return customers. Gross sales are just under $1 million. 2007 bank commercial appraisal came in at $5 million. Room amenities include gas-lit fireplaces, deep soaking tubs, private balconies, Egyptian linens and European down comforters.

The inn offers 22 guest rooms, a full dining room, bar and open commercial kitchen, library, massage room, sauna, meeting room, hot tub and manager’s apartment. Included in the sale is our organic skin care business, Alpine House Botanicals. We serve a full chef-prepared breakfast each morning. We own a full liquor license, so a restaurant serving dinner is an option. A wine-cellar private dining room can be added in the basement.

Committed to integrating green practices into our business, our environmental initiatives include offsetting 100% of our electricity usage by purchasing an equal amount of wind power, using all-natural cleaning products, using refillable pump containers for our bath amenities, a comprehensive recycling program and providing bikes for guests. We participate in the EPA’s Green Power Partnership and WasteWise Program, are members of the Green Hotels Association and the International Ecotourism Society.
